Storfors Plåt is part of Comfortgruppen, one of Sweden's leading installation chains. The company has a turnover of 174 million SEK and approximately 80 employees spread across seven locations in Norrbotten and Västerbotten: Piteå, Luleå, Skellefteå, Umeå, Boden, Arvidsjaur, and Lycksele.

The business is characterized by entrepreneurship, short decision-making paths, and strong local presence. The company is in an offensive growth phase with both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions.

Your Responsibilities

As Vice President, you will have a central role in the company's management and work closely with the CEO, focusing on strengthening the organization, leadership, structure, and profitability. The role combines strategic and operational work and involves broad responsibility for the company's daily operations, development, and personnel.

In the role of Vice President, you will:

• Lead, develop, and coach managers, project leaders, and key personnel
• Create structure, order, and clear working methods within the organization
• Be responsible for personnel issues such as work environment, rehabilitation, sick leave, and skills development
• Ensure goal management, follow-up, and profitability focus
• Drive efficiency and improvement work
• Be present in the operations and build strong relationships
• Be responsible for the service operations and its personnel
• Contribute to the company's goals of stable growth and long-term profitability

Your Background/Your Qualities

We are looking for a confident, clear, and business-driven leader with a strong ability to create structure, engagement, and results.

You have:

• Several years of experience in leadership positions with personnel and financial responsibility
• A background in technology, real estate, construction, industry, ventilation, or similar fields
• Good business understanding and preferably financial competence
• The ability to set goals, follow up, and drive change
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English
• A valid driver's license (B)

Post-secondary education in a relevant field and industry experience are advantageous.
